As a trusted injection and structural foam molder, we know how important quality assurance is to our contract manufacturing clients. We meet or exceed their quality concerns along every step of the way, from expert color matching to periodic batch sampling -- and process monitoring systems for each of our machines. Our quality control department is equipped with a complete assortment of testing and measuring equipment, including a Starrett computer-controlled coordinate measuring machine, impact testers, gloss meters and melt flow index meters. Zero-defect and certified assemblies are our specialty. We are an ISO-9001:2000 certified facility.
